Halal disclaimer
Rizq Table suggests halal ingredients and substitutions based on the recipe and ingredients listed. We do not certify, verify, or guarantee the halal status of any product you buy. You are responsible for confirming that products are halal and for sourcing them from suppliers you trust.
Some ingredients carry a "Check label" badge because their halal status depends on the exact product, such as cheese made with rennet, stocks, sauces, vanilla extract and anything that may contain alcohol or animal derivatives.
Our recipes are original
The recipes in Rizq Table's catalog (their titles, descriptions, ingredient lists as written, step-by-step methods, tips and notes) are original written works. Copyright © 2026 RedTagHub. All rights reserved.
Dishes themselves, such as "chicken biryani", and bare lists of ingredients are not owned by anyone. What we own is the way each recipe is written and presented in this app.
We write our own recipes. We do not copy recipes, instructions or photos from other websites, cookbooks or apps into the catalog.
How you may use them
You are welcome to cook from Rizq Table, print or screenshot a recipe for your own kitchen, and share a single recipe with friends or family for their personal use, as long as you keep our name on it.
You may not copy, scrape, republish or sell the catalog or large parts of it, include it in another app, website or book, use it to train or build a machine-learning model or competing recipe database, or remove our copyright notices.
If you want to use our recipes in a way not covered here, ask us first. Contact details are at the end of this page.
Photos and images
The food pictures in the app were created with AI image tools to illustrate each dish. They are illustrations of how a dish can look, not photographs of the exact recipe as you will cook it, and your result will differ.
The same use limits apply as for recipes. Because the law on copyright in AI-generated images is still developing, we do not claim rights beyond what the law gives us.
Recipes you import
You can save a recipe from a web link or paste one in to be made halal. The app keeps a private copy for your family only, makes halal substitutions, and shows where it came from with a link to the original. We never show an imported recipe to other families, and we do not add it to our catalog.
By importing a recipe you confirm that you are doing so for your own private use and that you have the right to. Please respect the original author: use the link to visit their site, and do not republish their work.
You can delete an imported recipe at any time.
Recipes you write and add
You can add a recipe that you wrote yourself. You remain its owner: nothing in these terms transfers your ownership to RedTagHub.
When you add a recipe, you give RedTagHub a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, use, adapt, translate, display and distribute it, and to make it available to other people who use Rizq Table (and any later versions of the app) so they can view, save, plan, scale, print and cook from it. "Adapt" includes correcting quantities, units, spelling and ingredients, and making it halal.
We decide whether to use it. We are not required to publish, keep, promote or credit your recipe in any particular way. We look at each recipe before other families can see it, and we may decline, edit or remove any recipe at any time, for example if it is not halal, is unsafe or unclear, looks copied, or does not fit the app. A recipe we decline stays private to your family.
If we show your recipe to other families, we show it with your first name (the first name on your account) as its author. We do not show your email address, your family name or anything else about you with it. You are not paid for recipes you add.
You promise that the recipe is your own work, or that you have the right to give us this licence; that it does not copy another person's recipe text, photos or other work; and that nothing in it is unlawful or harmful.
You can delete a recipe that we have not shared at any time. If we have shared a recipe with other families and you want it taken down, contact us (details below) and we will remove it from the app. The licence for that recipe then ends for new uses, except that we may keep backup copies for up to 30 days, and families who have already put it in a meal plan or list can finish using that plan or list.
If we change this section, the new wording applies to recipes you add after the change. The version you agreed to is stored with each recipe.
Other people's work
If we ever include material from another source, it will be credited in the app next to that material, together with its licence, and only where that licence or the owner's written permission allows it.
Brand and website names that appear in the app belong to their owners. Mentioning them does not mean they are connected to or endorse us.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something in Rizq Table infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: your name and contact details; what you own and where it appears in the app; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement that your information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
We will review it promptly, remove or disable the material where appropriate, tell the person who added it if it was user content, and give them a chance to respond. We end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.
Halal, allergy and health information
Halal: recipes are written with halal ingredients and the importer replaces common non-halal items such as pork and alcohol. This is guidance, not a certification. Always check product labels and certification yourself, including cheese rennet, gelatin, stocks and sauces, and follow your own scholar's guidance.
Allergies: allergen tags are our best effort and can be incomplete, especially for imported recipes and packaged products. Always read labels. Cross-contamination is not covered. If someone has a serious allergy, do not rely on this app alone.
Health: nutrition, calorie and cost figures are estimates. Costs are rough amounts in US dollars and will differ by store, place and season. Medical settings such as low-sodium or low-glycaemic are planning aids, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or dietitian for medical needs. Honey must not be given to babies under one year old.
Cook safely: cook meat and poultry through, wash hands and surfaces, and supervise children in the kitchen.
Free during beta
Rizq Table is free to use while it is in beta. We may introduce paid plans later. We will tell you in the app before anything changes, and families who joined during the beta (founding members) will get 30% off their first year of a paid plan.
Open-source software
Rizq Table is built with open-source software, including React, React Router, Capacitor, Lucide icons, the Plus Jakarta Sans font (SIL Open Font License) and, on our servers, Fastify, PostgreSQL drivers and Zod. Their licences (MIT, ISC, Apache-2.0 and OFL-1.1) let us use them in this app. Each remains the property of its authors.
